Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs from the pre-construction stage through project completion, ensuring all works are delivered within budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

Key responsibilities include

• :Prepare accurate Quantity Take-Off (QTO) based on construction drawings and technical specifications
• .Develop project cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and project budgets
• .Perform unit rate and cost analysis for construction works
• .Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
• .Monitor and control project costs in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure projects remain within the approved budget
