We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Tier One Main Contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across Surrey and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working across multiple sites.
You'll play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with experienced commercial and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.
Projects range in value up to £55 million, predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors, offering excellent exposure to complex, high-profile developments.
