Responsibilities:
Preparing details to complete tender documents Preparing and pricing bills of quantities for contracts based on drawings and specifications Preparing Bills of Quantities and other tender documentation to acquire fair and equitable tenders for projects Preparing feasibility studies and budgets for proposed projects Negotiating building contracts Completing tender documents Arranging the necessary guarantees on projects as required Assist and/or prepare construction programme Prepare project cash flow forecast Liaising with and maintain good relations with clients, site managers and subcontractors Drafting contract documents Preparing sub-contractor payment adv...
