Job Description

Project QS – Civil 
Experience: 8–12 Years
Key Requirements:
Location: Navi Mumbai.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for Civil works.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQs, and cost management.
Experience in post-contract administration and contract management.
Hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination.
Ability to review variations, certifications, and project cost reports.
Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in quantity take-offs, billing, and commercial management.
Experience working on large-scale building/infrastructure projects preferred.
