Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Manage all costs related to projects to ensure they are completed with quality and legal standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess the visibility of projects, estimating materials, labor and time costs.
• Regularly assess the value of completed work and arrange for payments to contractors, ensuring that all work is accurately accounted for.
• Perform risk assessments and value management to identify potential issues that could impact costs and project timelines.
• Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure all projects are aligned.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
