Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of a five‑project portfolio across residential, education, and public‑realm schemes which includes refurbishments and new builds. Our Support office is in Bromley, Kent where you’d be working alongside a well-established and knowledgeable team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and the chance to influence cost strategy across multiple live sites.

- Salary – 55k to 70k depending on experience
- Hours – 9.5.30pm
- Based at our Support Office in Bromley, Kent with a requirement to travel to sites.

- Manage cost planning, forecasting, and reporting across all five projects
