Up to £55,000 | £6k car allowance | Up to 20% bonus | Leicester | Refurbishment & Maintenance Projects
A varied Quantity Surveyor / Estimator role with an established regional building contractor delivering refurbishment, alteration and improvement projects across public sector environments.
This role offers broad involvement across estimating, tendering, procurement, commercial management and final accounts, giving you exposure to both pre-construction and project delivery.
You’ll be joining a close-knit business where you can work across the full project lifecycle, support long-term client relationships and play a key role in both securing and delivering projects.
The business delivers refurbishment, alteration and improvement works across sectors including education, healthcare, local authority and wider public sector settings, with projects ranging from smaller works through to multi-million-pound schemes.
