Responsibilities

• Post Contract Commercial Contract Administration
• Re-measurement
• Interim and final account payment application assessments
• Monthly Cost Reports
• Variations
• Contractors claims
• Provisional Sums
• Prime Costs
• Nominated Sub-Contractors
• Insurances and bonds management
• Attendance of design and commercial meetings

Qualifications

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years post‑degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: high‑rise office or residential
• Must have consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 4 years
• Knowledge in the use of QS software such as Cost X or similar is required
