Job Description
Core responsibilities
- Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations
- Execution of general Contracts Administration duties
- Evaluate and compare Subcontractors' quotations
- Prepare and monitor Project Budget
- Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document
- Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment
- Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Quantity Surveying
- Min 2 years experience in construction industry
- Able to use Microsoft Office, CCS PO/ WO Module
- Able to write reports and presentation
- Basic knowledge in Cost Management and Control Techniques
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Good negotiation skills
- Preferably with ISO Internal Auditor Certification
- Open to Singaporean only
