Quantity Surveyor

Asphalt roads is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Roads Asphalt Division in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Estimate project costs and prepare cost reports
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documents
• Prepare subcontractor comparisons and evaluate quotations
• Process monthly payment applications and subcontractor invoices
• Manage variations, claims and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and support budget control
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in core principles.
• Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to industry standards and ethics.
