POSITION INFO:
A well-established building contractor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a portfolio of school renovation and addition projects across the Cape Town region. Minimum Requirements: â Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (BTech, National Diploma or Degree) â 3-8 years' experience with a reputable building contractor â Proven experience on building renovation, alteration and addition projects â Experience working on school, commercial or institutional projects will be advantageous â Strong knowledge of cost control, valuations, subcontractor management and final accounts â Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications â Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills â Valid driver's licence and own reliable tran...
