Quality Systems Lead: PDCA, Audits & Compliance

Mondelēz International is seeking a Site Quality Assurance lead to drive audits, CAPA, and documentation control within the Confectionary & PB site in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region. The role focuses on PDCA cycles, quality policy updates, and regulatory inspections coordination.

You will lead internal and external audits, ensure deployment of the Enablon tool, and push for continuous product and process quality improvements across cross-functional teams.
