Job Description
What you will do
You will be responsible for the management of the quality inspectors and leads, overseeing direct examination of products to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation, applicable code, and customer specifications. Requiring a high level of attention to detail and technical expertise, you will also be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to the organization's quality assurance policies.
How you will do it
- Support and direct Quality Inspectors and Leads.
- Identify and ensure NCR reports are followed up for remediation, including contacting and engaging internal purchasers and external suppliers.
- Train, coach, manage the performance of, and schedule assigned staff.
- Oversee inspections, reporting, documentation, and troubleshooting.
