Job Description
Responsibilities
- Planning, organization, analysis and improvement of the QMS, monitoring compliance with the QMS requirements;
- Formulation and implementation of the quality policy, management of quality goals, planning and promotion of activities that contribute to ensuring orderly work and continuous improvement of quality management;
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements for new and mass‑produced vehicles;
- Responsibility for obtaining data from the market on the number of defective vehicles, identifying key problems, allocating responsibility, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, working to reduce complaints and negative reviews;
- Responsibility for collecting information on imported models from GWM, analyzing emerging faults, monitoring corrective actions;
- Control the solution of problems such as FCI, rust protection, returns and exchanges, public opinion on social networks, complaints, etc....
