Purpose of the role:
As a Quality Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our risk management operations, working closely with our client to monitor and elevate our global quality standards. This role is perfect for a highly analytical and proactive individual who thrives on deep data analysis, uncovering critical insights, and implementing improvements that enhance our overall quality performance.
What you will do:
 Quality & Calibration Management: Lead weekly calibration sessions and conduct ongoing audits to address new work streams or areas of concern.
Reporting & Remediation: Prepare and present monthly quality reports, identifying critical concerns and proposing effective remediation strategies.
Performance Insight: Provide feedback to Quality Analysts to correct observed errors and support skill development.
