The Role
At Flint Assembly, the Quality Planner / ISO Leadis responsible forensuring the plant iscomplianttothe Global QualityandISO 9001 requirements.This includescoordinating quality systemsverificationactivities such asanalyzing performance data and driving follow-up on corrective actions and process improvements.
This role works closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to support daily quality review routines,maintaindocumentationcontrol, and strengthen process discipline across theplant.
Responsibilities
Attend NA QR Lead meetings to help drive common solutions at the local plant.
Complete business plan initiatives and task workflows tied to GQR changes.
Coach and train the plant on quality system and quality requirement changes and implementation.
