Quality Manager

As Quality Manager, you know quality doesn't start when an audit is booked. It starts long before that. On the shop floor. In the conversations you have. The standards you set. The people you develop. That's the sort of Quality Manager they're looking for. The technical capability is already there. What they're looking for now is someone who'll bring it all together. Someone who'll strengthen the Quality Management System, develop the people around them and become part of a Senior Leadership Team helping shape the future of the business. As Quality Manager, you'll lead a team of ten through three direct reports, including a Quality Control Manager and two Quality Engineers. Quality doesn't sit in one department. It works alongside Production.
