Quality Manager (Commercial Development) Dublin City (site-based) €85k++ Package Our client, a tier-1 main contractor, are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. This is a site-based role, where you’ll play a key part in maintaining quality standards, managing compliance with BCAR, and driving continuous improvement on large-scale, high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain ISO standards and conduct audits as required.

• Investigate and resolve non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are effective. • Develop and maintain quality plans, manuals, and documentation. • Ensure site records and photographs are managed on digital platforms.

• Manage the BCAR process and oversee quality compliance on-site. • Attend and coordinate meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and certifiers. • Conduct walkthrough inspections to identify and resolve quality concerns.
