Quality Manager – Civil Construction | Site Lead & Audits

Higgins Bay of Plenty is seeking an experienced Quality professional to own quality systems, assurance processes and site compliance across maintenance and renewals works in Tauranga and Rotorua. The role is hands-on with strong site presence and requires close collaboration with operational teams to meet contract and client specifications.

You will lead QA activities, oversee ITPs and QA records, and act as the go-to person for quality on the contract, providing practical guidance and
