INTERNAL VACANCY – QUALITY MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN

The Company is looking for an individual that will support the QMS Manager and relevant departments for ensuring the effective implementation and certification to IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 of BORBET SA through data analysis, quality improvement projects and process optimisation initiatives. 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Analyse customer quality performance indicators.

• Develop and maintain customer-specific quality dashboards.

• Monitor defect trends, scrap rates, rework levels, and process capability.

• Prepare monthly quality performance reports and presentations.

• Participate in root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Support the preparation and follow-up of 8D reports.
