Quality Management & Compliance Specialist

Advanced Energy is seeking a Quality Management System Specialist to support and improve its Quality Management System (QMS) in Rosario, Cavite. This role ensures compliance with management system standards, conducts internal audits, and manages Corrective Action Requests, fostering operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science, with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of ISO standards and QMS is preferred. The position offers a collaborative atmosphere with a commitment to continuous improvement.
