Quality Lead

Job Role

We’re looking for a Quality Lead for a 12 months FTC / Secondment to help maintain high standards across our Connect to Work contracts. This is a key role in safeguarding service quality and ensuring compliance with the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and contractual requirements.

As the Quality Lead you will be working closely with the Fidelity Assurance Manager, you’ll carry out routine quality checks, support operational teams to evidence best practice, and ensure audit readiness across multiple contracts.
