Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Develop and implement coating, painting, insulation, and Passive Fire Protection (PFP) systems for FPSO/FSO newbuild, conversion, and life extension projects
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams on corrosion protection, thermal insulation, and fire protection strategies
- Ensure selection of suitable coating and protective materials, considering marine environments, process conditions, and operational life requirements
- Deliver technical input during Bid, Feasibility, and FEED phases, aiding in concept selection, system design, and cost optimisation
- Prepare and issue project-specific specifications for surface preparation, coatings, insulation, and PFP systems
- Develop key engineering deliverables, such as paint condition reports, scope definitions, material take-offs, and supplier RFQ documentation
