Seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support internal quality systems, drive process improvements, and strengthen supplier quality within a production environment. This role focuses on ensuring process conformance, reducing defects, and supporting high quality standards across manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems to enhance product and process performance.
+ Manage nonconforming materials through the MRB process and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
+ Develop and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and other quality documentation to support robust manufacturing processes.
+ Support new product launches to ensure smooth and controlled transfer from development into production.
+ Conduct internal quality audits, document findings, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
