Job Description
Authorities and Responsibilities
- Ensure all fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring, including inspecting according to specification, procedure, and applicable standards.
- Understand all technical specifications, standard compliance, and ability to handle troubleshooting and project correction.
- Prepare welding methods, PQR assembly, and other CWI duties.
- Co‑ordinate and communicate with members, even carrying out inspection of all the welding and associated actions in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specification, drawings, and Company Specifications and requirements.
- Co‑coordinate and liaise with Production personnel to ensure that all inspection stages comply with inspection and test plans on material or structure.
- Witness and verify all tests, including reinstatement, etc., and prepare reports after such tests are conducted.
