Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:Ensure that products shipped to customers meet all established specifications and requirements.Design, define, and improve inspection methods, testing procedures, and acceptance/rejection criteria.Develop and review quality assurance plans, sampling plans, and process control procedures.Generate and manage AQP/PPAP documentation for new product approvals or engineering changes.Coordinate and respond to customer complaints using methodologies such as 8 D.Conduct internal, process, and supplier audits, defining and implementing corrective actions.Ensure compliance with internal and external calibration requirements for measuring equipment.Act as a liaison between departments to guarantee product quality throughout the production chain.Analyze rejects, non-conformities, and red-tag issues, generating improvement plans.Participate in continuous improvement projects and risk analysis activities to prevent failures and optimize processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in ...
