• Ensure compliance with the client's specific requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards in the manufacturing process.
• Address the client's quality complaints, 0 Km and Guarantees, comply with the response time policy through the tools defined by the client or the internal methodology (PMP, 8D's, RedX, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators through the use of quality tools (Core Tools, BPS, PFM, etc.)
• Promote a philosophy of zero defects through the definition of preventive actions based on the quality system.
