Work with Project leader to prepare the PPAP documents for the new project on time as per the requirements of customers. 根据项目及客户的要求及时提供PPAP 资料
Establish the Contorl plan, work instruction for IQC/PQC/FQC accordingly. 完成控制计划及相关的作业指导书（进料、过程、最终检验）
Coachig inspector for daily inspection, to make sure the inspection method is correct. 培训检验员保证她们能采用正确的检验方法
Testing device management (Calibration/ MSA /Identification) 量具的管理（校验、MSA、标识管理）
Quickly Response customer complains, Root cause analysis and action plan come out together with related depart and submit the report to customer on time. 及时响应客户投诉，和相关责任部门分析问题采取相应的措施， 及时向客户递交改善报告，并追踪问题的状态
Internal quality issue handling, continouse imporvment to meet customer requirement. 内部不良问题的处理，持续改善满足客户要求
Reguralar meeting to track customer complaint and internal open issue. And to make sure all of these actions are done on site. 定期的会议来跟踪内外部问题，确保所有的行动计...
