Quality Engineer – SDET, Specialized Support for Testing Tools and Environments

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support for testing environments across distributed platforms (Web, APIs, Mobile Apps, Containers, and Cloud).
• Install, configure, and maintain test automation and test management tools (Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, Postman, TestLink, Jira, Jenkins, etc.).
• Ensure integration between test environments, CI/CD pipelines, and code repositories.
• Monitor availability, performance, and logs of QA environments.
• Assist in configuring virtual environments, emulators, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Manage test data, scripts, and artifacts used in testing.
• Provide technical support to QA and development teams for functional, automated, and performance testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and environment metrics.
