Quality Engineer Overview

• Own day-to-day non-conformance control: concessions, returns and corrective actions
• Produce and report monthly quality KPIs and trend data to drive improvement
• Lead internal audits and support external audit activity through to close-out
• Maintain inspection and calibration discipline across production and goods-in
• Support customers on QA/technical issues and submit FAIR packs to required standards
