Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline. Demonstrated experience (recommended 3+ years) in manufacturing of electronic components/assemblies, ideally in automotive or similar high‑reliability industries. Practical experience implementing and maintaining SPC (control charts, capability studies) and using statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, Excel or equivalent). Knowledge and experience with PPAP and APQP processes and deliverables. Hands‑on experience with ESD control programs and ESD best practices. Experience supporting product launches and production ramp‑ups. Strong problem‑solving skills and experience leading root‑cause investigations and corrective actions. Experience with measurement systems (MSA), calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
