Job Description
Our client, a prominent force in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a Quality Engineer on a contract basis to join their team in Harlow. This Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role spans 3-4 months with an essential focus on QA/ENG Test witnessing. Our client is looking for a professional capable of operating in a complex engineering and legislative environment whilst contributing to high profile programmes delivered to customers in both the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAIRs), preferably to AS9102 standards.
- Investigate defects to identify and address root causes.
- Maintain quality records using QPulse.
- Monitor and report status effectively and timely for assigned programmes or areas of responsibility.
- Interface and communicate with programme and functional areas to support business goals.
