Job Description
**Quality Control Technician II**
**Pay:** $20-$25/hour
**Shift:** M-F 8am-5pm
**A Direct Hire Opportunity**
**Overview:**
Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager; responsible for inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. Acts as an internal and external auditor, collaborating with Production and R&D teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products; accurately document results and deviations
+ Identify and report nonconformances; participate in root cause analysis and process improvement
+ Calibrate and maintain testing equipment
+ Assist with training staff and developing SOPs
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives
+ Ensure adherence to safety standards and report issues
