**Quality Control Technician**
**Location:** North Austin, TX 78753
**Shift:** 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
**Pay:** $ 21.00/hour
**Our Mission**
You're the last set of eyes before a pair of Zellerfeld shoes reaches a customer. Your role is to make sure every product meets our quality standards, document what you find, and share insights with the team so we continue to improve. No engineering background needed—just attention to detail, focus, and clear communication.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Inspect shoes at various stages of production (including pre- and post-finish) to ensure visual and structural quality
+ Check for consistency in patterns, finish, and overall product appearance
+ Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while identifying opportunities for improvement
+ Document findings, track recurring issues, and maintain clear and organized quality control logs...
