Role description:
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising the quality functions and personnel to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company specifications.
Responsibilities:
Assist and serve as back-up to the Quality Control Manager as directedInterpret quality specifications and communicate to all applicable departmentsMaintain all pertinent records to adequately monitor quality performance and standards Review customer complaints with plant department to ensure corrective action measures are applied to prevent reoccurrenceSupervise ware audits and report findings along with recommended corrective action plans.
