Job Description
The Role: Our Colorado Springs facility is seeking a Quality Control Lead to support and guide daily operations within the Quality Inspector team. In this role, you will apply advanced quality expertise to ensure timely and accurate measurement of production parts, oversee the generation and verification of Certificates of Analysis (CofAs), and manage the disposition of discrepant material in alignment with quality system requirements. The Quality Control Lead plays a key part in maintaining adherence to established methods and procedures, supporting continuous improvement, and providing direction on complex inspection or product quality issues

- Lead daily shift pass-downs and ensure smooth transitions between shifts
