Quality Control Inspector - RAK Ceramics

RAK Ceramics is currently seeking detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspectors to actively monitor production lines and ensure all finished tiles and sanitaryware meet our rigorous international export standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Examine ceramic products continuously as they exit the kilns to identify any structural flaws, chipping, or shading irregularities.
• Perform calibrated stress and dimension tests on randomly selected production batches within the on-site laboratory.
• Isolate defective materials immediately from the packaging line and document the root causes of production errors in the digital database.
• Collaborate effectively with machine operators to adjust kiln temperatures and pressing mechanisms when defect rates spike.
