Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- 1. Manage & supervise
- Planning QC weekly activities
- Manage, supervise and coordinate a team of QC inspectors
- 2. Non-conformity
- Handling customer complaints, raw material reject and internal non-conformity
- Monitor the effectiveness of Raw Material SCAR & internal MRR
- Generate QC Monthly Report & Effectiveness Summary Report
- 3. Customer complaint
- Liaise with respective departments & conduct investigation
- Generate CAR/ SCAR and launch complaint to relevant party
- Follow up CAR with Production/ Supplier & SCAR with Purchaser/ Supplier
- Generate Customer Complaint Weekly Report
- 4. Scrap form
- Compile and generate scrap form
- Submit & get approval from relevant party
- 5. Conduct UN testing - Ad-hoc testing upon request by Cus...
