Quality Control Coordinator (Barcelona)

We’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous Quality Control Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in delivering flawless translations to our clients.

Why this role matters

As a Quality Control Coordinator, you are the last line of defense before a project reaches the client and the person responsible for approving the release of deliverables. You’ll ensure every document meets client requirements, industry regulations, and our own internal standards for quality, including accuracy, consistency, formatting, and more.

Position responsibilities

• Perform final quality checks on deliverables prior to project completion and authorize sign‑off for delivery
• Review documents for quality errors and inconsistencies with a strong focus on names, numbers, missing text, punctuation/spelling, and general content
