Quality Control Agent (Barranquilla)

Key Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with our international team of Travel Planners, ensuring we deliver in the execution of the trips they have sold.
• Cross check all details of booked trips.
• Enforce the quality control process with all our bookings.
• Reconfirm all details of our client’s reservations by coordinating with vendors (email, phone). Assist in solving situations when issues may arise.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of confirmations, updates, and communications.

Necessary Skills

• Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheets.
• Collaboration and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
