Quality Assurance Technician

Position Summary The Quality Technician will perform routine quality checks, collect samples, conduct laboratory and in‐process testing, and document results to ensure consistent, high‐quality pasta products. Shift hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm. Inspections / Auditing Participate in and perform internal audits for ISO, food safety, and quality requirements.
