Quality Assurance Lead – Civil Construction (NZTA Standards)

Higgins Bay of Plenty is seeking an experienced Quality professional to own quality systems across a long-term NZTA contract, working from Tauranga and Rotorua with a strong on-site presence. You will lead assurance activities, audits and document control to ensure work meets contract specifications and client requirements.

You will liaise with operations to drive practical quality improvements, manage incidents, and support delivery teams with planning and reporting.
