**Quality Assurance Manager**
**Location:** Thomaston, Connecticut
**Schedule:** Onsite, Monday–Friday
**Type:** Direct Hire
**Salary:** $150,000–$175,000+ DOE
**Work Authorization:** Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
**Compensation Package:**
Compensation package includes base salary, profit sharing, bonus, 401K matching, and company funded health insurance deductible. In addition, pays 100% of employee medical insurance premiums so that there is no contribution by the employee.
