ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for software test case creation, scripts, test data preparation up to execution. This role also manages test planning, test progress reporting, defect reporting, first level escalation, and problem tickets handling on key customer-facing and internal applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews functional requirements and system documentation like user stories and acceptance criteria, data diagrams and flowcharts, to understand the software under test and any other software related to it.
