Job Description
**Position**: Quality Analyst.
**Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
**Summary**:
- Final goods analysis for sauces & dressings, dry blends.
Develop new methodologies to reduce analysis/new products.
Manage KPI for QC Lab, lead optimization projects.
Involvef in New product implementation and specifications definition for it.
Manage and control of the budget and expenses control for QC department.
Manage RZ compliance checks including checks programted and new checks for new products and new checks.
**Major duties & Responsibilities**:
- Performing quality test for final goods and interpret the results to release or reject the product analyzed.
- Adminitration for Rot Cause Analysis for OOS and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage customer compliants related to OOS reports.
- Develop and optimize analiqtichal techniques to improve time and cost for Quality.
