Job Description
**Description:** This position will work in the Quality Control discipline for Quality & Mission Success for Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA and will be responsible for the following:
• Identifying, developing and automating quality health metrics to support various teams in Palmdale.
• Responsible for supporting the development of quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements.
• Analyzes and interprets data and metrics that leads to actionable goals and continuous improvement. Will be required to draw conclusions from data sets and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborates with Quality Engineering for product defects and variation in manufacturing processes across production sites and centers to determine root cause and assist in development of corrective actions.
• Managing the quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability.
