As a Quality Analyst, you will serve as the vital link between WAP and customer plants, auditing parts to meet specifications and fostering strong relationships. Under the guidance of the Operations or Engineering Manager, your role emphasizes effective communication and problem-solving, essential for maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for quality issues
• Inspect and audit parts for compliance
• Maintain up-to-date contact lists for team members
• Proactively support continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and distribute daily quality reports
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Technical Diploma or equivalent
• Coursework in Statistical Quality Control beneficial
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
