Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations to determine students’ learning abilities and challenges.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on the results of these evaluations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in the local special education committee.
• Design and implement a differentiated instruction program tailored to students’ specific needs.
• Employ various pedagogical methods and resources to enhance students’ learning experiences.
• Work in close collaboration with parents, tutors and other teachers and support staff to ensure effective communication and support for each student.
• Monitor students’ progress and personalize educational strategies to harmonize with their needs and promote student success.
