Nursery Practitioner at Maxxi’s Nurseries, you will be a vital member of our team, providing high‑quality care and ensuring all children are kept safe while enjoying rich, stimulating play experiences.

Learning & Child Development

• Deliver a Key Person Approach: Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
• Curriculum Implementation: Observe, plan, and evaluate activities using the EYFS curriculum to help children reach their full potential.
• Track & Report Progress: Maintain accurate records using formative and summative assessments, and conduct parent meetings to discuss development.
• Support Transitions: Guide and support children as they transition to older rooms and primary schools.
