Quadient Inspire Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Able to lead migration team technically and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Played a role in architectural decision-making and defining migration strategy.
• Design and develop communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Work with Interactive and Scalar components to deliver dynamic and scalable communication solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing Quadient templates and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient templates and output.
• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality and performance of deliverables.
